Wish Drops - Created from the magic of a single wish and a teardrop.

What are they?

Wish Drops are former pets who have passed away but still have a strong desire to be with their owners. Their strong desire keeps their soul intact and they manifest as Wish Drops. Within their transformation into a Wish Drop they obtain humanoid form and also gain some degrees of personal magic! Sometimes during their rebirth they obtain small companions such as dragons or birds that become their familiars. These familiars can’t be recruited after birth, so they’re quite rare! Most Wish Drops manifest from house pets, but sometimes wilder pets appear such as chickens, crows, tigers, and maybe even mythical creatures!

Although their desire to see their owners is what causes them to manifest, they cannot be seen or have their existence be known by their owners. If their owner discovers their existence, they will pass away a final time. They act as a guardian angel to their owners, overseeing their daily lives and protecting them as much as they can, as their love is so strong that they refuse to be separated from their owners.

Traits

Wish Drops have two basic traits, one being the ears and tails from when they were still a pet, and another being their signature witch hat (that’s how you can tell it’s a Wish Drop!). For rarer pets without obvious ears or tails, they either retain the most unique appendages to their species (such as wings for birds) if they have stronger magic or manifest them into parts of their outfit (such as a large cape instead of real wings). Sometimes when they themselves were their owner's favorite thing, they retain parts of their animal form (feathers on elbows, tufts of fur on ankles, etc.).

Another trait Wish Drops sometimes have are wing tattoos on their back that appear as real ghost-like wings when they use their power to help their owner.

Male Wish Drops are a bit rarer but do exist, they’re more fleet footed and harder to catch! Some other rare traits are wands and staffs that they have picked up and made part of themselves, or similar items that they have imbued with large amounts of their magic.

Magic/Abilities

Their magic is produced in small consistent quantities, but can be stored in objects that are deemed suitable to act as a medium. If the magic is not stored, it will be lost after a period of time. Naturally the magic would replenish itself, but for larger tasks, Wish Drops need larger amounts of magic which is only possible if a medium (such as a wand/staff) has the needed amount of magic stored in it. Most older Wish Drops have staffs, while newer ones still have trouble learning how to even work their magic.

Smaller actions that don’t require large amounts of magic are things like leading them away from dangerous alleys at night, stopping them from forgetting items, or staving off mold from their owner’s favorite cream cheese. All of these actions only last a short amount of time, so don’t take up too much magic.

Larger actions are things like pushing their owner out of the way in dangerous traffic, or stopping them from falling down the stairs. These take large amounts of force and energy, and often only Wish Drops that possess mediums can exert this much energy.

Lifespan

Their lifespan lasts for eternity as long as their owner doesn't find out about them, but sometimes they desire to pass on and appear in front of their owners to say one last goodbye. When their owner passes away, some choose to stay and teach the newer Wish Drops how to handle their magic and survive, but some choose to also pass away to be reunited with their owners.

Lifestyle

For food, they don’t need physical sustenance but some enjoy nibbling on biscuits or fruit. Their main source of energy is from their owner’s happiness! If their owner is happy or cheerful the amount of magic they produce will increase, while if their owner is sad or hurt, their magic will decrease and they will spend most of their efforts in trying to cheer up their owner.

They still need a regular amount of sleep, and many will spend their first few days building a small home for themselves to sleep in, some choose to use all natural materials such as sticks and leaves, while others make do with tin cans or cardboard boxes (which they waterproof with a little magic). After a long amount of time they may accumulate lots of decorations, or choose to keep things simple and minimalistic.

They are 3000 or $30.00 each.
Hobbies and animal can be specified, more special things such as companions, staffs/wands and any other rare or unusual traits cost 200 or $2 extra each!
I have the right to refuse extremely rare traits unless it's for a high price, or unless you're a repeat customer.
