Stamps Wish Drop Adopt - CLOSED

This is one of my all time favorites!!! Her colors are so soothing, and she's based off one of my favorite things, stamps! Stamps are like a little form of artwork that brightens up every letter, and I personally like to write a lot of letters to friends all around the world >v< so stamps are a big part of my life. She has a wider brimmed hat with an underside like a ruffled bonnets, and likes to wear soft layers of chiffon and whenever she walks everything rustles softly. She's also blind and therefore the stamps on letters and seals on letters help her know who is sending the letter (her letters are in Braille). Her dress is a patchwork of stamps and her bag is constantly bursting with letters Also the big plume in her hat is a fancy pen someone gifted her a long time ago!
